Survey on automated reanalysis of genomic data
We would like to understand your views on automated reanalysis of genomic data.
Reanalysis involves revisiting a patient's existing genomic data to leverage new knowledge and analytical techniques to improve diagnostic outcomes for rare diseases over time. Although highly effective, it is rarely implemented at scale due to manual burden, workforce constraints, and lack of funding. Automated reanalysis is a potential solution. However, integrating automated reanalysis into clinical and diagnostic practice can be challenging and represents a significant shift in how clinical genomics services are delivered. With this study we want to understand the key characteristics that determine the genomics’ workforce preferences towards automated reanalysis of genomic data.
The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete and is part of research undertaken by the University of Melbourne. You can access the survey by following the link below.
