NHMRC Privacy Guidelines

The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) has recently developed a user-friendly guideline document for health practitioners faced with the difficulty of making a decision about disclosing genetic information to a patient’s genetic relative(s), in private healthcare settings where patient consent has not been provided.
